To return an item, contact us at info@acuarela.co within 14 days of delivery with all original tags attached and items in new, unworn condition. Shoes must be tried on carpet surfaces only and returned with original box, while swimwear must be tried on over underwear with adhesive strip intact. Gift cards cannot be returned, and items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
