Are the products sold on Acuarela authentic? Yes. All products sold on Acuarela are 100% authentic and sourced through verified commercial relationships with designers and brands.

Where are products shipped from? All orders are shipped from within the United States using FedEx.

Does Acuarela hold physical inventory? Yes. Products are listed only after arriving in the U.S. and completing our intake and quality-control process. Inventory is held in limited quantities.

Why are quantities limited? Acuarela curates small runs of exclusive pieces, allowing us to maintain quality control and offer distinctive collections rather than mass-produced inventory.

How are returns handled? Returns are processed in-house. Approved returns receive a prepaid label and are inspected upon arrival before store credit is issued.
