Acuarela is an online multi-brand retail platform dedicated to showcasing luxury fashion and homeware from leading and emerging designers across Latin America.

Our process is built around careful curation, transparency, and quality control. We work directly with designers and brands throughout the region, selecting products for their craftsmanship, design integrity, and ethical production practices.

Products are listed on Acuarela only after they arrive in the United States and complete our internal intake process. This ensures accurate availability, reliable delivery timelines, and consistent quality standards for our clients.

Inventory is stocked in limited quantities, often one or two units per style. This approach allows us to offer exclusive collections while maintaining strict control over authenticity and fulfillment. All items that are shown available on the website are available in physical storage in our premises in the United States. Products are listed only after arriving in the U.S. and completing our intake and quality-control process. Inventory is held in limited quantities. When a product is sold out it will appear as such in all of our platforms.

All items are imported through established international logistics partners and cleared through official U.S. customs channels before entering our retail circulation and showcased on our website and other platforms.

Once available, orders are fulfilled directly from the United States, providing customers with a seamless shopping experience and dependable delivery.
