Acuarela's Fashion Week Recap: A Debut of Design & Dialogue

New York Fashion Week is rarely quiet. But on opening night, above the hum of downtown Manhattan, something intimate and deliberate unfolded at the Baccarat Hotel.

Acuarela made its official Fashion Week debut with an evening that brought together designers, cultural voices, and discerning guests in a setting defined by light, crystal, and a new vision for design.

The Debut at the Baccarat Hotel

Hosted by Ross Mathews, the evening welcomed a curated guest list of celebrities, tastemakers, and long-time friends of the house. Among those in attendance were Luann de Lesseps, Coco Rocha, and Michael Riemerschmid, alongside leading influencers and industry insiders who gathered to celebrate Acuarela's evolving vision firsthand.

The Debut at the Baccarat Hotel

The presentation featured a selection of pieces from some of our most celebrated designers: Ammi, Reinaldo Lourenço, Adriana Degreas, D-Gaia, By Gabs, Leela, and Tania Bulhões. Each collection reflected a distinct language of elegance: structured silhouettes, fluid movement, artisanal finishes.

The highlight of the evening was the first presentation of an exclusive new collection designed by Marcelo Quadros, created exclusively for Acuarela. This marked not only a new chapter for the brand, but a statement: Acuarela is not simply curating fashion — it is shaping it.

The energy of the night resonated beyond the ballroom. Press coverage quickly followed, with features appearing in The PR Net, L'Officiel USA, Women's Wear Daily, and Page Six, further positioning Acuarela within the broader conversation surrounding Fashion Week's most talked-about events.

From Debut to Dialogue: The Tribeca Trunkshow

The following days extended the conversation. By RSVP invitation, Acuarela hosted a private trunkshow in Tribeca, where more than 150 guests explored the collections in a more personal setting. Clients were able to engage directly with the garments, discover the craftsmanship up close, and begin conversations about bespoke and tailored pieces.

This intimate format reflected Acuarela's core philosophy: fashion is not simply viewed, it is experienced.

Fashion Week is often about spectacle. For Acuarela, it was about connection. The Baccarat debut signaled the brand's arrival within the New York luxury circuit. The Tribeca trunkshow reinforced the house's commitment to personalized design. And with Marcelo Quadros currently in the United States for a limited time, the momentum continues.

THANK YOU, NEW YORK!
